Billy is wearing one of the Beautiful Seminole style Jackets made by Carol. Each Jacket is made from hundreds of strips of fabric torn by hand by Billy and Sewn in Intricate arrangement by Carol. Very Rare, hard to find this high quality and craftsmanship.
